GCPD 5-year Plan Listening Session

  • Virtual PO Box 26 Lafayette, IN 47902-0026 United States (map)

The Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities (GCPD) is now accepting Public Comment on its next Five‑Year State Plan. Community input is important, and we want to hear from Hoosiers across the state. Public comment is open until May 28, 2026 end of the business day.

Check out some of the work we've done so far toward the new state plan on our website under the tab “Future State Plan Page".

You will also find the full PUBLIC COMMENT NOTICE, along with information on how to submit comments.

What is the Council Proposing?
For the next five years (2027–2032), the Council has approved two main goal areas: Leadership and Advocacy and Community Inclusion and Belonging.
