Join us for this workshop and explore mobile apps designed to support health and wellness for teens and adults with disabilities. We'll demonstrate user-friendly tools that help with building healthy habits, getting medication reminders, logging symptoms, recording triggers, and tracking moods. Participants will gain an awareness of apps that will enable them to recognize health patterns, share information more easily with care providers, and take a more active role in managing their own health while supporting their independence and quality of life.
If an ASL interpreter is required, please notify workshops@pacer.org at least 48 hours prior to the workshop. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Presented by PACER Center.
Free registration.
